For artists and vendors who attended UI-CON 2026, please complete and submit the IDOR (Illinois Department of Revenue) sales tax remittance form by clicking the button below. This is due in the mail within ten days of the end of our event.

By completing this form you do not need to complete the much more complex ST-1 form since we are registered with the Illinois Department of Revenue Special Events.
